Sister Judy Martin is a stern nun who oversees the doctors and patients at Briarcliff. She has been with the institution since its founding and is one of the most trusted administrators. A strong believer in Christianity, Sister Mary hopes to once day cure all of Braircliff's patients from their misery and change their unsettling behavior.

Sister Mary Eunice McKee
Sister Mary Eunice McKee is a young nun who works at Briarcliff under Sister Jude who favors her. A tall, slender woman with blonde hair, she has gentle features which is an indication of her purity. Sister Mary seeks to please everyone but this proves to be a difficult task in the Briarcliff setting.

Dr. Oliver ThredsonLike most of the staff at Briarcliff, Dr Thredson is calm and clinical around patients from the beginning of his stay. He has a less barbaric outlook towards treatment, believing that more compassion would greatly improve conditions for our patients. He is willing to look at the patients as more than just insane criminals which is a great model as to what Braircliff's staff and faculty all are.

Doctor SpiveyDr. Spivey is a mild-mannered doctor who was recommenced for hiring by our very own Nurse Ratched. Being a man to himself, he would rather be working with his charts in the office than participating in the afternoon group meetings with our patients. However, Dr. Spivey stands proudly behind our men in their various schemes to make life more bearable. A determined spirit, he refuses to leave the hospital despite being way over the age of retirement.The doctor has gained spirit and courage from the exuberant presence of our patients.

Nurse Mildred RatchedNurse Mildred Ratched is a middle-aged former army nurse and is the head nurse of the mental institution's ward. Her mechanical ways gives order in our ward and with an iron fist, she is not shameful about exercising her control over those in her care. Since she is the perfect role model of how every institutional nurse ought to be, Nurse Ratched choosing to obscure any unprofessionalism behind the sterility of her starched white nurse's uniform.
